Accepting New Clients!

My Story

Mildred Hill is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) and graduate of Walden University with more than 30 years of experience in the mental health field. She is deeply committed to helping individuals discover healing, hope, and lasting change through a compassionate, strengths-based approach.

Mildred has extensive experience working with children ages 8 and older, as well as individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and autism. She strives to create a safe, supportive environment where every person feels heard, respected, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

Her work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Trauma-Focused Care and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients develop practical coping skills, process difficult experiences, and build healthier thought patterns. Mildred specializes in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and school or social challenges.

When appropriate, Mildred also incorporates faith into the therapeutic process, supporting the whole person through a mind, body, and spirit approach. Her mission is simple yet meaningful: to help individuals reclaim peace, rediscover purpose, and move forward with confidence and hope.
