You are not alone. Get support for social or family situations, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, thoughts of suicide, alcohol or drug use, or if you just need someone to talk to.
If this is a life-threatening emergency, call 911. If you need the police, ask for a CIT (Crisis Intervention Team) Officer. They have special training.
